We, INVSI.CARE Ltd. (the “Company” or “We”), respect the privacy of our users (hereinafter the “User(s)” or “You”) in the “INVISICARE FAMILY COMPANION” application (hereinafter the “App” or “Service”) and are committed to protecting the personal information collected about you. We believe that our Users have the right to know our policies regarding the collection and use of the information we receive while using the Services. The terms appearing in this privacy policy (hereinafter the “Privacy Policy”) shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Use, available at https://invisi.care/privacy-terms-of-use/ (hereinafter the “Terms of Use”), unless otherwise expressly stated in this Privacy Policy.

Please read carefully: by downloading the App and by entering, logging in, accessing and using the App, you express your consent to the terms set out in this Privacy Policy, including your consent to the collection of your Personal Information (as defined below), its processing, and its storage in the Company’s databases. The Personal Information will be used solely for the purposes of providing the Services as described herein.

2. What information can we collect about our Users?

We collect two types of information from App Users:
Personal information that the User provides to us while contacting us for technical support via the e-mail address available in the App and/or in any other means of communication. For the avoidance of doubt, any Non-personal Information that is related to or linked to Personal Information will be deemed personal information, as long as such affiliation exists.
Please note: we will not collect your Personal Information without your consent, which is granted, inter alia, as part of your acceptance of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and your use of the App.
You are not required by law to provide Personal Information. You hereby agree and declare that the Personal Information you provide to us is provided of your own free will, in order for us to provide you with the Services offered in the App, and you agree that we will store the information you provided to us in a database, in Israel and abroad.

The Company will not sell or trade Personal Information of its Users. The Company uses the Personal Information for the purposes of providing the services set forth in Section 4 above (by the Company or its service providers). In addition, we may disclose Personal Information to third-parties in order to: (a) comply with the requirements of any law, for legal purposes, warrants, including disclosure warrants or governmental authority request; (b) enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, including as part of an investigation in respect to possible violations of the Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use; (c) detect, prevent or otherwise deal with frauds, scams or security issues, as well  as technical issues; (d) respond to any legal proceeding, requirement or claim that the Content and use of them were made without the permission or are violating the rights of third-parties; (e) respond to any legal proceeding, requirement or claim that contact information (e.g., name, address, e-mail address  etc.) of a third-party was published or transferred without its consent or in a harassing manner; (f) protect the rights, property, or personal security of the Company, Users or the general public; (g) in the event of a change of control of the Company, including by way of merger, purchase, or purchasing all or most of the Company’s assets; and/or (h) according to the express approval of the User prior such disclosure.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may collect, disclose and transfer Non-personal Information to third-parties at its sole discretion.

6. Modification or deletion of Personal Information

If, for any reason, you wish to modify, update, or delete the Personal Information you provided to us, you can do so by sending an e-mail with the your detailed request to: [customer_care@invisi.care] and we will make reasonable efforts to modify, update, or delete such Personal Information, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Please note: unless you instruct us otherwise, we may hold your Personal Information, as long as it is reasonably necessary for the purpose for which such Personal Information was collected, including but not limited to, in order to comply with our legal or business obligations, for dispute resolution, enforcement of the Terms of Use, and all in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

7. Minors

In order to use the App, the User must be over the age of eighteen (18). We have no intention of collection Personal Information of minors. In the event that we are notified that a person under the age of eighteen (18) is using the App, we will block such User from accessing the App, and we will make every effort to immediately delete any Personal Information regarding such User. For inquiries in respect to such matters, please e-mail us at [customer_care@invisi.care]. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage, so that we can ensure that Users under the age of eighteen (18) do not use the App.

8. Security

We put a great deal of effort in implementing and maintaining the security of the App and the Personal Information of the Users (whether by ourselves or by the use of services from third-parties who are certified service providers). The Personal Information provided to us is stored on secure third-party servers that provide the Company with cloud services. We implement information security procedures and policies as is customary in the industry to ensure the security of Users’ information and to prevent any unauthorized use of such information.
However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access to such information will never occur – and we will not be responsible for any such unauthorized access and its consequences.

9. Third Party Services

We may use software or third-party services to collect, store and/or process the information collected while using the Company’s Services. We make efforts to engage with third-parties that publish privacy policies applicable to the collection, storage, processing and use of Personal and Non-personal Information.
Inter alia, we use the following service providers: AWS – Amazon Web Services (Cloud Computing). AWS Privacy Policy can be found at: https://aws.amazon.com/privacy/.
However, we have no control over such third-parties. We encourage you to read such third-parties’ terms of use and privacy policies and/or contact them directly in order for you to know what types of information are being collected about you.

10. Tracking Technologies

When using the App, we or third-parties may use technology that is accepted in the industry and known as “cookies”, web beacons, pixels, Flash and/or other tracking technologies (hereinafter the “Tracking Technologies”). These Tracking Technologies are stored on your device and allow us to enable certain features automatically (for example, auto-activation of the login process), as well as to facilitate and simplify the User experience. These tracking technologies may store Non-personal Information in respect to you (for example, the functions you used in the App).

Tracking Technologies can be disabled. For example, most web browsers allow Users to remove cookies from the User’s device, block cookie receipt, or receive alerts before cookies are stored on the device. However, please note that if the User deletes the Tracking Technologies or does not allow them to be stored and/or changes the Flash features, the User’s online experience will be limited. Please refer to the instructions in your browser or the “Help” screen to learn more about these functions. Most third-party Tracking Technologies store Non-personal Information, such as the web pages you visit, the duration of your search, etc. In order to take action regarding third parties’ tracking options, you can usually find instructions in their privacy policies or their terms of use.

11. International Information Transfer

The Company may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities or third-party service providers (as detailed herein) from your country or jurisdiction, to other countries or jurisdictions. Please note that the Company may transfer information to a state or jurisdiction that does not enforce the same information protection laws as the jurisdiction in which you are located, and you agree to the transfer of such information.

12. Changes to Privacy Policy

The provisions of this Privacy Policy are an integral part of the App and the information collected therein, and may not be separated, in any way, from our Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time, and encourages all Users to revisit this page as often as possible. We will notify Users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy on the App’s homepage [and/or by e-mailing the address with which you signed up for the App]. Such material changed will come into force within seven (7) days from the date of such notice. Any other changes to this Privacy Policy will come into force on the last update date, and the continued use of the App after such last update date will constitute the User’s consent that such changes will bind it. In the event that the Company will need to change the Privacy Policy in order to comply with legal requirements, these changes will take effect immediately or as required by law, without prior notice.
